History / Background
Gar Nan International Limited was found by our present chairman, Mr. Philip M. H. Chan, in 1995 and incorporated in 2002. Mr. Chan joined the textile industry almost two decades ago when he established Gar Nan Knitting Factory in 1988, where the company is now responsible for manufacturing and technical support. Today, both companies, Gar Nan International Limited and Gar Nan Knitting Factory, owned and managed by Mr. Chan, not only set up the office in Hong Kong but also operate two factories in the cities of Dongguan and Hezhou.

Gar Nan specializes in designing and manufacturing knitwear ranging from simple style in mass quantities to complex fashionable style in small batches. We export finished products to our clients in Europe (Spain, Britain, France, Germany, Estonia, Russia, etc.), America (U.S., Canada, etc.) and Asia (Korea, Japan, etc.). Throughout the hard working and experience we accumulated in the last 20 years, Gar Nan has built a solid and trusting business partnership with local and oversea customers. This unique relationship is not only constructed on our striver for quality perfection, but also on our success in overcoming various challenges and issues such as quota restriction and factory assessment.

Our Hong Kong base office is responsible for developing networks with clients, suppliers and all other relevant parties to seek for potential business opportunity. By managing the factories in Dong Guan and Hezhou with over 1,000 trained workers, Gar Nan continues to strengthen and provide high quality products delivering to our client's specified location on schedule.

Our large-scale well equipped factory located in Dong Guan, which comprises of 2 main building blocks with environmental-friendly and waste treatment facilities serving for production and staff accommodation, had passed quality control of many large brand labels buyers including Wal-mart, Gap, Chico's Design, Polo, Fred David, etc. The management and production skills supplied by the Hong Kong office have maintained the factory's capacity on an average of 10,000 dozen per month while increasing continually.

Products
Approximately 90% of our products are shipped oversea to Europe and North America, involving various retailing brands from top fashionable to warehouse styles.

Nature of Business
Product Categories: All types of knitwear, including the fashionable accessories and knit-wear mixing with different kinds of fabrics, woven materials in almost all styles such as long sleeve cardigan, pullover and jacket for summer and winter seasons

Services: Gar Nan International Limited designs and manufactures knit-related accessories and wears for customers of worldwide brands for sale and distribution in Europe, North America and the Mainland China. We assist our clients in selecting the appropriate fabrics, matching with stylish accessories and determining specifications of the wears. Finished products are to be delivered to Hong Kong warehouse for onward shipment specified by our clients.
