We are a Hong Kong based company and manufacture in Mainland China. We are specialized in two way elastic fabric, including WARP KNITTING AND CIRCULAR KNITTING fabric with Dupont Lycra / elastance elastic yarn for more than 9 years.
We have much experience on knitting, dyeing and printing of nylon, polyester and cotton with Dupont Lycra / spandex knitted fabric.
For the WARP KNITTING, we use the most famous warp knitting machine, Karl Mayer HKS2-3E E32. This warp knitting machine is the latest model with very high speed and high quality, it can produce a very smooth and beautiful fabric.
Besides, in order to produce high quality fabric, we also use the Karl Mayer's warper, it improve the fabric quality and outlook. For those raw materials, we purchase nylon and polyester yarn from Japan, Korea, and we also purchase the elastane from Japan and Dupont, i.e Dupont Lycra.
Our dyed and printed fabric could meet the international lab-test standard, including AZO test. Nowadays, our customers are widely using our fabric to manufacture famous brand name swimwear, sportswear and underwear; we provide what they want with trust.
