About Us

We are one of the leading printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturers both in Hong Kong and China and have more than 20 years of experience in the business. We are focused on single-sided, doubled-sided, and multilayered PCB production, fully facilitated with the most advanced equipments, and operated with more than 600 highly skilled staffs. Our customers are all over the world, based in the Pearl River delta (PRD) region, Europe, and North America.

We have three manufacturing plants located in China, one in Ping Shan, one in in Songang and the other Kui Chong, and they are all in Shenzhen, established since 1991, while our Sales Office is based in Hong Kong.

Selling Leads

The normal monthly production capacity is up to the level of processing 600,000 square feet of PCB materials, which are sourced from Taiwan, Korea, Japan, the mainland China, and Hong Kong. We are committed to continually re-invest in our manufacturing equipments to ensure top quality products and the most optimized production capacity, meeting with the customer requirements.

We are ROHS compliant, certified with ISO9001:2000 (reg. number 0109020), and approved by the UL standard (E146890).

Our key to success is to engage with our customers at all stages of the production project to ensure the PCB products are fully customized and are cost effective.

Our production lines are fully automated. For the wet process section, we have full automation for copper/gold plating, copper/gold immersion, etching, etc. Moreover, we have a chemical laboratory to test the chemical solutions from time to time. This is to ensure the top quality of the copper surface treatment during the plating process.

Our photographic section where the customer circuits are printed is housed inside the clean room which is up to the class of 100,000 to uphold the best quality of the customer PCBs. This section is facilitated with photo-exposure, developer, and silk-screens. The mechanical section is equipped with CNC routing machines, auto-drilling machines, punching machines, and V-scorers. For final products, all the boards are put in vacuum packages to be further protected from oxidation. In testing, we have computerized flying probe testers, electrical testers and equipments for micro-sectioning.
