Established in 1992, ZDcard's two manufacturing centers in Shenzhen now cover an area of 15,000m2. Everyday, we turn out 100,000 smart cards and 800,000 regular PVC cards such as gift certificate cards. We do this on 10 IC card production lines, two magnetic card production lines, three scratch card product production lines, two common card production lines and one non-standard card production line. We also use Heidelberg four-color offset printers and Roland 6+1 color offset printers. Seventy-five percent of our products are exported.
