Jiangsu East Steel Co., Ltd. was founded in 2009 with registered capital totaling RMB 30 million. The total investment capital is RMB 80 million. We are a professional manufacturer specializing in producing pre-painted steel sheets (coils), printing coated steel sheets and a supplier of metalwork as well. We are located in Jiangyin City( Jiangsu Province), the south side of scenic Yangtze River delta, adjacent to Huning, Xicheng, Yanjiang expressway and Huning railway, enjoying very convenient water, land and air transportation.
The production line covers two sections: Color coating line and Print coating line.
Color coating line is designed, fabricated, installed and technologically supported by Beijing Research Institute of Automation for Machinery Industry, the subsidiary unit of China State Asset Regulatory Commission. We adopt Japan YASKAWA electric machinery system and electric-driving controlgear of Siemens of Germany for production line. The manufacturing technique is designed as 3 coating 3 baking to make quality, accuracy and technical properties reach advanced world level.
Print coating line is designed and fabricated by Korea professional company. We adopt Japan YASKAWA electric machinery system, electric-driving controlgear of Siemens of Germany as well to realize 3-color /trichromatic overprint, which is prior to monochrome printing technology mainly used by other factories in China. The pattern is capable to bring about plenty of effects of multilayer, parallax and 3D effect, such as wood, marble, fabric, leather, stainless steel and brass etc.
By means of wide range design, we are capable of producing width up to 1600mm products and the capability for thickness from 0.2mm to 1.2mm can be able to meet customers' various requirements.
Cold-rolled steel sheet, electro-galvanized steel sheet, galvalume and aluminum sheet are available for base sheet. There are some weatherproof paint-- PE, PVDF and functional paint available for paint.
