Since the establishment in Hong Kong in 1984, Kambo Security Products Ltd. has led the hardware industry by integrating eco-concept into the manufacturing of its high quality residential locksets. Top-quality Locksets
Our factory in China currently produces approximately 12 million world-class UL listed locksets annually. Kambo now employs over 2,000 staff at the manufacturing plant and plating facility. Kambo is supported by over 100 professional technicians in the Quality Control department and two experienced Engineering Teams from the Research & Development department in its well- equipped testing laboratory. We use advanced management systems to provide high quality products with fashionable designs and reliable security for our valued customers. Our management systems have been assessed and certified as meeting the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 quality system certification. The quality of our locksets has met the international standard ANSI Grade 2 and 3.

One-step Automatic Production Line
The manufacturing plant is a fully integrated and equipped with an advanced one-step automatic production line covering an area of approximately 900,000 square feet. The production line enables locksets stamping, hydro-forming, polishing, powder coating, lacquering and electrostatic finishing etc. to be completed automatically. Two 1.8 cubic meter time-efficient PVD lifetime finish chambers have been additionally introduced and installed into the plating plant. To ensure the high quality of locksets, we always keep strict control over the PVD production process, beginning with raw materials acquisition through fabrication and preparatory plating.
