We use the Electronic Jacquard Rapier weaving machine which included all types of label woven ground structure ie taffeta and satin. We have our woven pattern design centre, mill. Therefore, we can proceed the whole process from sampling to production even afterfinishing on product under the condition of fast and rapid reaction to customer. We earn a lot of reputation from our existing customers.
According to our experience, we have a wide range of color of yarns from our yarn suppliers and we mainly concerned on the stability of a dyeing lot color of yarn and most of supplier can stand for testing requirement eg. Ekco-tex etc. in order to have a stable colour fastness on our product.

- white & black of tafferta & satin ground structure
- 12 colors label.
- Maximum width of label up to 8 inches.
- Can be proceeded in ultrasonic cutting.
- Normal heat cut and fold, die-cutting or laser cut finish.
- Starching (sizing) on label.
Woven tape
- ultrasonic cutting (soft edge finishing)
Woven patch
- Overlock stitching on the boundary of label or zigzag stitching.
- Heat fused lining or sticky backing can be used on the back of the patch in order to make quickly put onto the garment.
Care label
As a label manufacturer, we also like to consolidate our goods with customers nominated forwarder. Or we can directly send the goods to customers' vendor in China if the invoice value is over USD260.
