About Us

Qinhuangdao Audio-visualMachinery Research Institute (AVM), founded in July 2, 1964, was under the direct control of the Shanghai Film Machinery Research Institute at that time. It belonged to the First Machine Building Industry Ministry as the First Machine Building Industry Ministry Shanghai Film Machinery Research Institute in 1965. It moved from Shanghai to Gansu in Ningxia Province as the Linxia Film Machinery Research Institute in 1969. It moved from Linxia to Qinhuangdao in 1981. The state Scientific and Technological Commission changed its name into Qinhuangdao Audio-visual Machinery Research Centre in 1983, and then changed into the Machine Building Industry Ministry Qinhuangdao Audio-visual Machinery Institute.
After the restructure of the China Machinery Equipment Company in 2003, Qinhuangdao Audio-visual Machinery Research Institute experienced the alliance and restructuring with the Shenyang Academy of Instrumentation Science, where it introduced the cleaning technology and set up its own cleaning company.
Over the past 40 years, Qinhuangdao Audio-visual Machinery Research Institute has achieves more than 400 scientific research achievements including over 70 achievements getting honored making it a high reputation in this field. Surely, it makes great contributions to the development of the film industry, education and the culture and office undertakings. Also the Film machinery and the EDUCATIONAL product quality supervision and inspection center are set up in our Reaearch Institute.
As an industry research institute, we make all our efforts to the National planing desisons and industry technical work. We have finished 56 technology development and planing topics, 41 information topics and over 130 stadard topics. Our products are mainly used in the fields like film shooting, Astronomy teaching, exhibitions, semiconductor devices testing, safty monitor and contrlo system, and so on, which win us lots of good reputation.
