Guangzhou HUAJING Machine Manufacture Co.,Ltd. was founded in 2002 and is an TS16949 and ISO9001:2000 manufacturer axle assembly, providing all kinds of suspension system, supporting devices and other trailer parts; HUAJING covers an area of 70000 M2, including about 40000 M2 of production area, seven production workshops. The output of axle assembly is 200,000 sets, suspension system 20,000 sets, and brake shoe is 1,000,000 sets per year. After several years of development, HUAJING has become a modernization enterprise combined with R&D,trading and service.
 

HUAJING has a team of talented people including about 700 high-performing workforce, 17 scientific and technical professionals and over 50 percent of the staff have college diploma. Many producing methods are developed as the craft improved, including automatic stamping line, automatic painting equipment and automatic assembly production line. What’s more, our production line of American type axle assembly went into operation in October 2010. HUAJING also has monitored each procedure form IQC, IPQC to QA with digitized inspection method and strict quality managements system. Optimized design, reasonable techniques, advanced production equipments and highly competent talented people, which ensures HJ to provide customers with assorted and high performance 9T-18T axle assembly, 24T-36T single point suspension (bogie) assembly, 2-4 axles mechanical suspension assembly , 28T cantilever bogie spare parts.
