Yuen Shing Knitting, Dyeing & Finishing Factory Group, a solely owned enterprise with Hong Kong capital, was established in 1990. Our 200-acre plant is located by the charming River Tan in Kai Ping, Guangdong. At the plant, we streamlined our complete operation form knitting, dyeing and finishing to sales.
Advanced Technology
We have the most advanced equipment at our plant, including numerous knitting machines, Fong's high temperature and atmospheric dyeing machines, German Krantz setting machines, Italian compressive shrinking and sueding machine, and carbonized felting machine, Hong Kong made tension-less dryers, Datacolour Autolab dispenser and solution making systems, Datacolor Sf 600 spectrophotometer, etc. We also use high quality imported dyestuff and auxiliary. With our experienced staff and precise formulas, we assure our products consist of the finest matching colors, fastness and hand feel.
Precise Quality Management
Quality control (QC) is our high priority. In our spacious QC lab, we station many new inspecting tools for knitted product and a complete set of imported lab equipment for product testing. We can also track our current production progress via our computer network. Our whole senior management team consists of experienced professionals from Hong Kong. In 2001, we were granted the UKAS ISO 9001:2000. with our superior skills, experience, equipment and management, we provide first class streamline service and complete satisfaction to all our clients.
