Our factory Hua Yuan Plastic Products is located in Shekou, Shenzhen, China, with a total site of approximately 5,000 sq.meter. It operates a total of 30 production lines and 2,500 works. ��������������
The production process of the Group is largely vertically integrated and principally involves design, tooling, mould making, injection, electroplate, sewing, color spray, parts assembly, pad-printing, quality control and product final packaging. The integrated production process enables the Group the best control of the production process and product quality. It also reduces the production costs and shorten the delivery time which effectively enhances the Group's competitiveness.
Hong Kong Hua Yuan (Holding) Co., Ltd., is a small, privately held company in the plastic & electric product industry, with sales of about 25 million US dollar a years. Manufacturing an innovative line of hard/soft plastic toys; stuffed toys, electronic toys and clocks, that were very durable and low-priced. Over the year, it has added several lines of toys and is now making 40 kinds of different toys consisting of games; dolls; toy vehicles; piano and novelty item.
We already brought 5,000 sq. meter of land in Guang Xi and will soon create a giant factory with 100 production lines and more than 10,000 workers over there.
Nearby our factory, we also brought a hydro-electric factory, so that we make sure that our factory without the problems of electricity in the future and also can reduce the production cost.
