Suzhou Jin Bundy Pipe Technology Co., Ltd. Is located in Zhang Jiagang Free Trade Zone , Jiangsu---the only inland free trade zone in the middle-lower Yangtze River. The company lies in Zhang Jiagang Nansha Zhanwen Industrial Zone and is by Zhang Jiagang Free Trade Zone --- the international trade and logistics port in golden waterway of Yangtze River on the north. It is 3 kms south to the high speed along the river, Huning High Speed and Jinghu High Speed. Company is to the west of Shanghai and Suzhou, to the east of Wuxi, Changshu and Nanjing. With perfect position, the company has unique advantage in trade.
The company covers an area of 10,000 square meters, in which modern producion plants and office facilities take an area of 3000 square meters.There are more than 30 professional production staff, 40% are skilled technist. 800 million yuan has been invested to build an automatic PVF coating production line, an automatic aluminum alloy coating(GALFAN pipe) production line and two hot galvanizing production lines. We absorbed advanced technology and experience in surface treatment of automotive pipe from America, Germany, Japan etc..Meanwhile, we have established a whole independent production technology and quality assurance management system, which passed GB/T19001-2008/ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System Certification. With experienced engineers and technical workers, advanced production facilities and accurate testing equipment, we are able to provide products with high quality on time.
Our company mainly has hot galvanizing of double-layer and monolayer bundy pipes with diameter of 4.76mm～12mm, coil pipe and straight pipe of FALFAN alloy coating, termary alloy coating, PVF coating and Al-rich alloy coating. Our annnual production capacity can reach 1000 tons.
Our PVF coating pipes all use Dupont anti-corrosion coatings and Dupont coating technology in America. Al-rich alloy coating pipes all use Al-rich alloy anti-corrosion coatings in America and GALFAN alloy coating technology in Japan. Our products are widely used in pipelines on sunroof and oil pipelines, braking pipelines, power-assisted steering pipelines system of various automobiles and other automotive vehicles.
Our exclusive development of Al-rich alloy (GALFAN alloy) coating sunroof are supplied to support BMW, Ford and Hyundai Motors.
