Shandong Daiyang Vehicle Manufacture Co., Ltd is located at High-tech Development Zone, Taian City, Shandong Province, China. It was founded in 1968, and joined into TAIKAI Group in 2010. We have 40 years experience of manufacturing special vehicles; our products have acquired National “CCC” Certificate, ISO9001:2008 Certificate, GB/TS4001 Certificate, and GB/T28000 Certificate.
The company registered capital is 50 million RMB (About 8 million USD) the factory covers an area of 187,000m2, more than 410 employees (among 68 professionals & technical)
There are 7 production workshops, 3 assembly workshops, 3 installed & welded workshops, 1 blanking workshop and 1 painting workshop. High technology force, advanced production process, complete test methods ensure the quality come up to an international level.
There are 260 sets main production & welding machines, include numerical control flame plasma cutter, bending machine, oil pressure machine, numerical control stand process center, lathe, boring milling machine, anisotropic tank girth automatic welding machine, CO2 automatic welding equipment and sandblasting machine.
We produce 4 series1,000 sets special vehicles every year, include powder material transport truck, powder material tank trailer, concrete mixer truck, liquid material transport tank, fuel tank trailer, street wrecker truck etc. Our products achieved national awards every year, several kinds of products reached an international advanced level. Meanwhile, we have good systems of controlling the quality of sourcing goods from other plants as well.
