Since Kimmax Industrial Limited was established in 2000, it has been the strong support of R&D, design, and production integrated capacity. We have developed the Multi-Purpose NC bending machine for heater tube bending, which have been applied in production and won customers' trust, laying the foundation for the company's development.

The machine features a three-axis servo control system, with sensors and solenoid valves imported from Japan, ensuring stability and a low failure rate. Programming is convenient and cost-effective compared to similar models domestically and internationally. This machine boasts the following outstanding properties:

1. Custom controllers with large memory can store up to 50 product data sets, allowing for quick and easy access.
2. The machine can handle three different bending radius simultaneously, automating the elbow replacement process.
3. It can bend 1-4 tubes at a time, depending on the tube size, making it suitable for both mass production and sample creation.
4. New products can be programmed directly on the touch screen, with easy-to-learn programming that general staff can master in half an hour.
5. New product models can be set up quickly and conveniently, without the need hand-bending die for sample, unlike more complicated NC numerical control systems.
