Founded in 1981 by Mr Jervey Ho. Eastern Progress Company Limited is a well established manufacturer of OEM/ODM products include plastic toys, electronic toys, B/O & motorized products, gift, premium and action Figure. We also have our own “Q2&” Brand mainly for oral care items & toothbrushes. We had set up production plants in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a total area of 40,000 sq. meters and had an export office shipping globally through out Hong Kong or China. Palco International Ltd are our Hong Kong office managing the business activities; export & all kind of sourcing. Our factory have an average talented workforce about 1000 people, and over 30 years of manufacturing experience, we provide extraordinary value to our customers, shareholders, employees, and suppliers on a long-term basis and export products to globally.

In a bid to cope with the ever changing market conditions, factory has implemented the ISO 9001 quality management system. ICTI (International Council of Toy Industries), BSCI, GMP food regulation, GSV Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT) as well.

We keep improving everyday using advanced technology and automatic facility for production and management know how to enhance our production efficiency. We are committed in providing our customer with qualified, environmental friendly and safe products.
