East Shuttle Industrial Ltd was established in 1986. We are specialize in making high quality plastic packaging products. Our company is the first manufacturer in making the polypropylene Audio Cassettes / Video library box in Hong Kong.

We opened our new plant in Shenzhen and Fukien, China in 1992. In step with the digital revolution, East Shuttle began optical disc packaging manufacturing in 1995 with all associated processes under one roof. East Shuttle can facilitate all of your manufacturing requirement cost effectively and provide impressive turn-around. Through years of development, we widened our product variety from audio cassettes, video library box, PP sheet to Compact disc and DVD case. Total of 3 lots of 3 stroies plants have more than 300 labours, 50 set of injection machines and over 200 set of moulds can produce more than 6 million of DVD box per month, 4 million of CD and Video library box per month. Furthermore, we provide various molding capabilities to reach client's custom injection moulding requirement. East Shuttle have all different equipment to produce quality products to fulfill OEM/ODM customer's needs.

In 2000, East Shuttle Began to develop and design its own DVD case. Our DVD Design got the patent application in China for DVD/VCD/CD holding apparatus in 2001. We present the new DVD 3 & 4 multiple disc case in 2004. The 5 & 6 multi storage case will provide at the end of 2005. The completed set of DVD quality control system is maintained and that specification for QC inspection is set out according to International Stardard ISO9002. The sampling method, acceptable and rejection will be based on ISO2859 as well. On 2000 of May, we passed the ISO9001 of our DVD and plastic products Quality Management System.
