The production material is controlled by Material Control QC to qualify for production. Correction will make if any mistake has been found. The negatives provide by the client will handle & check by the company work team to make sure that the negative is right. This is to avoid misunderstanding happens on or before production procedure and caused delay in time. All new products should be signed for approval by client for record keeping. Production will follow the approved colour separation instruction or the client has to come in for final approval during printing. Once it has been approved, the colour separation information will be automaticed into the computer in order to keep the exact record of ultimate result for future reference. Besides, the production material is recorded and kept by work team to quarantee no mistakes allowed and quality assurance. Every production procedure such as Printing, Calendaring, E-flute laminated, Die-cutting & gluing etc. is inspected frequently. If anything occurred to any of the above procedure, the necessary action will be taken immediately to assure that quality is reaching the required standard.

If the rejected goods is caused by quality control problem, we will immediately send staff to collect or check the rejected sample. Once the problem is being clarified, the necessary remedy will then follow to shorten any further delay. The re-print service will also provide if required. Every time the meeting will be rised after rejection to sort out problem and make future improvement. All update information will be filed for future reference to avoid the identical mistakes and also to improve quality control.
