Cheung Wing Garment Factory Ltd. was first established in 1978 woven ladies and men's garment with office in Kwai Chung, Hong Kong and factory in Foshan, PRC. Our company employed more than 400 employees with 50,000 square feet of factory space with major customers from Europe, North America and Australia.

In 1980's, we consideredthe economical liberation in Mainland China as an opportunity to broaden our production capacity, part of our productions were sub-contracted to factories in China. Cheung Wing Garment Factory Ltd. was the first customer to introduce EEC Cat.159/161 to Foshan Import/export Authorities.

During the 1990's, in order to manage the over demanding orders and to enhance our overall production qualities, our whole production line was moved to China. Top managersand technicians were recruited from top Guangzhou, Foshan and Nan Hai area garment factories. In 1991, Foshan Brilliant Garment factory was established, with 180,000 pieces of garments produced annually. Our factory is located in the heart of Foshan city with 40,000 square feet of air-conditioned factory space and over 300 employees with modern machinery geared for top quality garments like blazers, blouses, trousers, dresses and skirts including machineries from Maier, Strobel, Pegasus, Able, Juki and Reliant.

During the late 1990's, despite the global economic downturn, we continue to look in ways to expand our customer base. Specialized final pressing machines geared for blazers, trousers and skirts were installed to increase productivity and better quality. With assistance from our factory's management team, our factory can now not only produce top quality light weighted items like blazers, blouses, trousers, dresses and skirts but can also produce top quality 'heavy weighted' and 'complicated' garments like fashionable polyfil quilted jackets, winter coats, ski jackets, heavy embroidery/beadings garments and heavy washed garments at a very competitive price.

In the 21st century, with the ever-changing world, versatility is very important. Our overall production capacity has increased to 240,000 pieces annually. Both our office in Hong Kong and our factory in China are connected with broadband internet networks. Our staffs can communicated with each other or with customers by emails and VOIP(voice over internet protocol) telephones. CAD/CAM systems were installed to assist pattern makers to provide accurate and efficient patterns/markers. With our experienced managementteams and skillful workers,we believe that we can cope with higher customer demands. Extra services including large quantities sample making, able to produce complicated garments like heavy washed and embroidery/beadings garments, fast turn around production time, CAD systems for markering and pattern making can attract vast potential customers.
