KONG LUNG TEXTILES (HK) LIMITED has provided comprehensive garment fabrics since 1989 with a main office based in Hong Kong and a joint venture production factory in the southern part of Xuzhou, China.

Hong Kong office is mainly for business marketing, communication network, coordination, documentation, administration and office support etc. Whereas our joint venture production factory is located in the southern part of Xuzhou, an equity venture integrating cotton manufacturing, spinning, weaving, dyeing and trading. It has a staff of more than 2,000 people and covers an area of 150,000 square meters. The annual production capacity is 10,000 tons ginned cotton, 25 million meters denim fabric, and 25,000 tons yarn. It possesses the first-class equipment in the world, such as rotor spinning system made in Germany (AUTCORO312), blowroom and cards made in Switzerland, automatic winding machine made in Germany (AUTOCONER 238), spreader made in American, 15 rope dye shrinking machine made in American, 180 sets of Italian high-speed rapier looms and 2 sets sizing-dyeing ranges.

Moreover, it also possesses the first-class test equipment imported from Switzerland. With the advanced examining skills and high level automation, the quality of the products is always achieved stable and good. There are a great number of knowledge researchers and technology developing centres specialize in developing and producing various ranges of cotton polyester, core yarn with lycra, slubyarn and also some special yarn to meet customers' need. New kinds of denim fabrics are also produced to the market including pure cotton, slub denim, elastic denim and cotton flax denim with the weight ranging from 3.5 to 16 oz/sq.yd. Its products not only have reached to the standard of an advanced and leading level locally but also to the worldwide.

Nowadays, we have developed a stable supply relationship with some well-known garment companies in Hong Kong and a comprehensive marketing network with high competence of competition and development in overseas. Our business network is not just within Hong Kong, but also with a lot of foreign countries, such as Asia region, China, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, Bangladesh and some other countries etc.

We serve different famous brands globally, like Izod Jeans, Catherine Store, Fashion Bug and Natuica in USA. Esprit, Mango, Mexx and Marks and Spencer in Europe. Just Jeans, Jeans West and Sportcraft in Australia.

Our core business are to produce the following goods : all stretch & non stretch cotton basic twill & special weave cotton twill, poplin, corduroy, yarn dyed mixture linen and sheeting fabric etc. We can diversify the fabrics to meet the customers' requirement.
