Each of our Automatic Rigid Box Machines takes big advantage of making 10,000 rigid boxes per day, saving much labor cost and time for customers and the products’ quality are highly consistent. Customers like Samsung, Philips, Huawei are enjoying the high speed & high quality service, as you know their Mobile phones & Tablets are requesting large quantity of rigid boxes from us.
Other processes like Silk screen printing, Foil stamping, Die cutting, Laminating are all done in house.
Most of our handworkers are years experienced, that makes them very skilled to handle the complicated gift boxes which can not be handled by machine.
We not only handle paper products, but also take good care of wooden boxes. Our CNC can reach a high precision of making the tolerance no more than 0.2mm. The Laser engraving & Electrostatic Painting bring the products high end & expressive finish. With these, we have won trust and belauding from many famous Wine & Spirit brands such as: Johnnie Walker, Wild Turkey, Dewar’s Signature, Macallant, TWE.
