Plasti-Coil (Asia) Company Limited is professionally engaged in IT-based derivative precision connector with respect to product development, design and manufacture of precision mold, injection molding, and assembling and testing of finished products. It is a professional entity combining production and sales.
Founded in 2004, the Company possesses 20 sets of mould processing equipment, including precision grinding machines, electric discharge machines, wire cutting, and milling machines; 15 sets of production equipment, including injection molding machines and high-speed automatic punch; and 10 sets of quality testing equipment, including optical projectors, 2.5 million, and pulling force testing machines.
The mainly produces manufactured by the Company consist of electronic connectors, all kinds of connector wafers, housings, terminals, and as-lightings. The products are widely used in the field of computers, communication, household appliances, game consoles, lighting, automobiles, motorcycles, medical equipment, and other electronic and electrical products. All the products comply with the environmental protection standards of American UL and European Union RoHS.
