Sinari Filtri is the consumer trading arm of the company and the brand name specifically set up to cater for the needs of the private domestic consumer. We are adherents of the Office of Fair Trading Distance Selling Regulations, please click on "Returns & Privacy Policies" at the foot of the page where you will find a direct link to their web pages.
A primary purpose of the Distance Selling Regulations is to allow the consumer the opportunity to examine the goods as if they were purchasing from a shop in person. Fountain Filters welcome these regulations. Prior to despatch, all orders are confirmed by email with dispatch details and a link to the regulations. When we have not been given an email address, the confirmation is included with the goods.
ALL our prices are total, including delivery to a British mainland address.

For other destinations, we charge the extra carriage cost only.
We believe that buying from our web site should be no different to buying from a shop in your high street.
It is common practice on the internet to add either delivery or VAT or both only when you get to the order pages - we do not.
In addition, we charge your card only on the day of dispatch (usually next day).

All our filters are assembled with Total Quality Control from components received through to Product Dispatch including traceabilty.
Orders processed within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Financial transaction only takes place immediately prior to dispatch. Goods despatch is normally within 2 working days from order receipt and within 7 days anyway. Carriage: Royal Mail/Parcel Force 3 day delivery.

Customer support. This is what makes us different, we do not just sell product, we sell solutions. Pre-sales, we welcome all calls for advice.
Post-sales: For installation help and operating queries, our engineering department is available from 8.30am to 7.30pm Monday to Saturday. Thereafter, we are always available to quickly resolve any issues that may arise in the longer term and help with any changed filtration requirements (eg your water is fluoridated after you have bought your filter). Advice and the small spare parts you might need when you move house and want to take your filter with you.
