Dongguan Hisum Accessories Co., Ltd is a Chinese manufacturer of different hair accessories since 1995, located in Changping, Dongguan. After 24 years of continuous development and growth, we own a high-qualified team of R&D, technical workers, sales, QC and after-sales.
1995, Mr Fu started his first small accessories factory with partners in Yiwu, Zhejiang.
2002, Mr Fu opened his own factory named HaiChen(English name: Hisum) producing fabric hair accessories like headbands, scrunchies, hair bands, hair ties, hair elastics in Dongguan.
2007, after 5 years growth, Hisum was known for some domestic big consumer brands like Aiyaya and chain stores like Sanfu, similar like Forever 21 and H&M.
2008, Hisum produced hair accessories orders for trading companies which export to overseas brands like Target, Walmart, Primark, Scunci, Claire’s, Goody, CVS...etc.
2016, Hisum exported directly.
Hisum is specialized in the production of fabric hair accessories like scrunchies, hair bands, hair ties, headbands, hair elastics, but we are a one- stop hair accessories supplier, so we also provide hair clips, barrettes, bobby pins, claw clips and hair styling products. To expand the market and meet our clients' demands, fabric, metal and acetate cellulose are our standard materials. Hisum is committed to produce safety and qualified products without complaint from our customers. All raw materials we use are environmental-friendly, nickel free, low lead, low cadmium, complied with heavy metal testing and other environmental tests such as EN-71-1/2/3, CPSIA, Ca prop 65, REACH. Hisum has been audited by quality, social and C-TPAT, we can fully cooperate with you for any third party audit.
