MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY (MOQ) :
FOR LADIESHANDBAGS. GENERALLY THE MOQ IS 300 PCS PER COLOR PER STYLE FOR OUR CURRENT STYLES WITHOUT MODIFICATIONS.

FOR CUSTOM MADE OR MODIFIED STYLE, MOQ OF 600 PCS PER STYLE/COL. IS REQUIRED.
 
FOR PROMOTIONAL BAGS, GENERALLY THE MOQ IS 1500PIECES PER STYLE.
 
FOR BOTH LADIES HANDBAGS AND PROMOTIONAL BAGS, THE MINIMUM ORDER SIZE IS US$5,000. ANY ORDER BELOW US$5,000, IF ACCEPTED, IS SUBJECT TO A HANDLING CHARGE OF US$200 PER ORDER.

PRICES :
PRICES WILL BE PROVIDED UPON REQUEST. PRICES ARE GENERALLY QUOTED ON FOB YAN TIAN/HONG KONG BASED ON SHIPMENT BY SEA BY FULL 40 FEET CONTAINER LOADED DIRECT FROM OUR CHINA FACTORY. LCL SHIPMENT BY SEA OR SHIPMENT BY AIR WILL ATTRACT SURCHARGE.

DELIVERY :
45 TO 60 DAYS AFTER CONFIRMATION OF SAMPLES AND OUR RECEIPT OF AN ACCEPTABLE LETTER OF CREDIT.

PAYMENT :
BY SIGHT LETTER OF CREDIT. FOR ORDER BELOW USD10,000, CASH DEPOSIT EQUIVALENT TO 50% OF ORDER VALUE IS REQUIRED IN PLACE OF L/C. BALANCE IS PAYABLE BY T/T WHEN GOODS ARE READY FOR SHIPMENT.

SAMPLES :
SAMPLES ARE BILLED AT 150% OF THE QUOTED PRICE AND ADVANCE PAYMENT IS REQUIRED, SUBJECT TO A MINIMUM OF US$50.00 PER SAMPLE ORDER. SAMPLE WILL BE READY WITHIN 14-21 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF SAMPLE PAYMENT. SAMPLES ARE SENT VIA INTERNATIONAL COURIER WITH CHARGES PAYABLE BY BUYER. IF ORDER IS RECEIVED WITHIN 60 DAYS FROM SENDING OF SAMPLES, SAMPLE CHARGES PAID WILL BE REFUNDED AT THE LOWER OF SAMPLE CHARGES PAID OR 0.5% OF ORDER DOLLAR AMOUNT. FOR CONFIRMED ORDER, ONE PIECE OF SAMPLE PER STYLE WILL BE PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE; ADDIONAL SAMPLES ARE BILLED FOB PRICE.

ORDER CHARGES :
UNLESS SPECIFIED OTHERWISE, PRICES QUOTED INCLUDE STANDARD EXPORT PACKING BUT EXCLUDE SETUP CHARGES FOR NECESSARY LOGO, HANG TAG PRINTING AND SPECIAL PACKING REQUIREMENTS.
