Glisten Garment Ltd. has over 20years experience on producing normal seam underwear.
In 2007, we establish our seamless garment factory. In the past 3 years, depend on our high quality products, good service, reasonable price and on time delivery. We gain high reputation and customers coming from Europe, America and Asia.
We have 40 seamless machines and will keep on increasing our number of machine in 2010. We could produce 150,000 to 250,000pcs of seamless garments per month. Our production lead time is around 60~90days after sample approved. Sample could be readied or amended within 14 days.
In 2010, we will purchase machines in wider diameter to produce seamless product in width 19inches/48cm.
We have our own dyeing facilities, cut and sew, packaging department to better control quality, cost and production lead time.
Production site and order is totally managed and follow up by our Hong Kong management team. Products are also checked by our quality control team coming from Hong Kong - fulfill AQL2.5, level 2, normal inspection (orders for Europe, American and Japan market). To ensure our products are in high quality.
