SinoAgri (Guangzhou) Limited was incorporated in 2007 based in Guangzhou, China, specializing in selling NPK compound fertilizer, MAP, DAP, TSP, SSP , Phosphate rock and other chemical products. With phosphate fertilizer, compound fertilizer and phosphorous chemical as three core trading sectors of diversification, we aim at establishing an international trading company which combines resource integration, industry development and international trade to create a global and well operated industry value chain.
At present, we imports chemical products such as sulphuric acid, sulphur from Korea, Japan, Singapore, and Middle East to offer to our domestic partners. At the same time, we have investment in Phosphate rock mines in Guizhou and also fertilizer plants in Yunnan to ensure our supply of fertilizer raw material and products. We export fertilizer and chemical products made from phosphate rock to East Asian, South Asian, South Pacific Ocean area and many other countries.
Currently, SinoAgri is building a 300,000 ton/year granular superphosphate project in our main port---Fangcheng Port. Total investment is RMB 60 million, covering an area of 40,000㎡, and it is expected to put into production at the end of 2010 officially. It is able to produce 300,000 tons granular superphosphate which is mainly exported to Australia and Southeast Asia. After the project has been put into production, USD 55 million foreign exchanges could be created each year; RMB 350 million industrial output values, RMB 90 million profits and tax and over 200 employment opportunities could be created for the local economy. In addition, the project is able to consume 120, 000 tons waste sulfuric acid made from Jinchuan industry zone each year.
