Shouguang Fushi Wood Co., Ltd. Our company covers an area of 300,000 square meters, including a building area of 85,000 square meters, and our total investment is RMB200,000,000. There are 1,600 employees in our company.
Our main products are PLYWOOD Series, LVL, HDF, MDF, Particle Board (PB),OSB,Hardboard, Furniture Series and Polyester Film Series. Our plywood series include all kinds of plywood, such as LVL, okoume plywood and so on. We have been exporting high quality MDF, HDF, and PB to all over the world. We are also experienced in producing furniture of European, American, Japanese and Korean styles, and other kinds of board styles. Our polyester film products are mainly PET products with high strength.
There are 40 plywood production lines in our company including 21 LVL production lines (5-8 meters in length) which have reached to advanced standards in the same line. Our production capacity can get to 200,000 cubic meters per year. We have developed construction LVL successfully in 2004. At the same time, a specialized laboratory has been set up, and we can check formaldehyde emission, bonding strength and moisture. Our products are all up to JAS standards. There is a modern painting line for furniture manufacture in our company. We have the annual production capacity of 160,000 sets of furniture. Our polyester film products have the function of good environmental protection, high tensile strength, and good insulation package function. Our whole production process is automatic, clean and environmentally friendly.
