Business scope:
Our machinery is widely used in rubber, plastics, chemical and other industries, can provide single machine and the whole factory equipment services.
Lab special equipment:lab internal mixer (Kneader mxier，,Banbury mixer, Intensive Mixer),lab open mill ( mixing mill, two roll calendar, 2 roll Mixing Mill ), lab Pelletizer machines, lab extruder machines and so on.
Quantity production equipment:internal mixer, open mill, Pelletizer, extruder/ Filter extruder machines, splitting machine(sheet-cutting machine) and other equipments for rubber and plastic.
Granulate production line:
a. EVA / TPR / PVC Non-toxic materials, low smog and Non-toxic electric wire and cable material, color granule/engineering product and other rubber and plastic material with single or twin screw extruder pelleting compounding line.
b. Rubber sparge powder type pelleting/ rubber froth empty (solid) tube/ rubber elasticity drawbench / tyre mend rubber/ abnormity bar pressurize and others rubber products compounding line.
