KAIAO R.P.R.T. has been a provider of Product Development Services since 1995 and in 2009 came into new management that is intent on improving international communications and focusing on foreign customer experience.

KAIAO R.P.R.T. uses MOLD TECH, VDI, and YS texture matching resources, PANTONE, RAL, TOYO, DIC, NCS, and MUNSELL color matching resources, Shore A and Shore D Durometers for material hardness matching for castings.

KAIAO R.P.R.T. offers Additive and Subtractive Manufacturing Processes:
3 Axis CNC Machining, RIM (Reaction Injection Molding), Silicone Tooling, Vacuum Casting, Pressure Casting, and SLA (Stereo Lithographic Apparatus).

KAIAO R.P.R.T. offers Post Production Finishing from a staff of over 100 skilled
Polishing and Painting Technicians, Color Technicians, and Project Managers, who are guided by our International Advisor / Finishing Specialist from the US!

KAIAO R.P.R.T. also provides Post Production Outsourcing Services for: Laser and Chemical Etching, Anodizing, Chrome Plating, Powder Coating, and provides support for working with PIM (Plastic Injection Molding) suppliers.
