For aluminum castings, we provide mold-making, casting/forging, precision machining, assembly and surface treatment. All our products are based on our clients' designs.

The production equipment we utilize include 160- to 1,600-ton die pressers, vertical/luffing gravity casting machines, low-pressure casting equipment, heat treatment equipment, ultrasonic cleaning and drying machines, and CNC machining centers with range of up to 2,200 x 1,000 x 800mm. We also use spectrographs, CMM systems, optical machines, hardness and tensile testing machines, and other inspection instruments.
