We operate a 10,000-square-meter factory. There are more than 200 employees, including 15managers, 10 sales & representatives, 10R&D designers, 10 technicians and about 150 workers. Our factory has been equipped with 10units of comprehensive production lines, specialized in producing plastic sport watch and alloy case watch. thus, Our exporting goods are mostly OEM orders from our overseas customers and our products are highly appreciated in overseas markets, including the United State, South America,Spain, Italy, Russia, Austrial,the UK, Canada, Mexico, etc.
Since our factory established in 1992, we have established a good reputation in both domestic and overseas in watch markets. In 2012, we started to build our brand Vilam, and 2013 we enrolled Shenzhen Vilam Industrial Limited. We combined all section in design, manufacturering and sale, and enhanced the capacity of business process management since then.
In order to consummate our quality management system, we have more than 25 QC members to carry out strict inspection at each stage: incoming inspection (IQC), in process inspection (IPQC) and final inspection (FQC).
