Sunstrong International Industrial Ltd was founded in 1984 in Hong Kong. The headquarter factory in Tangxia, Dong Guan was set up in 1994. Branch factories: Shenzhen Shun Yue, Dong Guan Yilisha and Gaoli Sunstrong were established in 2003, 2004 and 2007 respectively. In addition, Europe and Taiwan sales representative offices were set up in 2007. With commitment to company's operating philosophy: "Strive for Excellence, Customer First" and its professional expertise in manufacturing industry, Sunstrong has become a company that provides competitive price and premium service.

Sunstrong International Industrial Ltd is a leading manufacturer specializing in manufacturing transformers, switching power supplies, multi-plug adaptors, PCBA, precise metal parts, lighting equipment and providing surface treatment. As an industry leader, Sunstrong has obtained safety verifications of various regions such as Asia, Australia, Europe, America and Africa. Our products are sold to customers all around the world with annual sales of (about) 1 billion USD(approximately). Sunstrong has very reputable customer bases that include some of the renowned international electrical companies, most of which are listed on the Fortune 500. Our major customers are ERICSSON, PHILIPS, PANASONIC, 3M, BLACK&DECKER, PLANTRONICS, NEC, CASIO, CANON, TTI, FOXCONN, ELCOTEQ, FLEXTRONICS, MICROWAVE, G.N-NET COM, SHARP, VTECH and etc.

Sunstrong is an organization with 7000+ employees of which 300 are professional technicians and experienced engineers. The total area covered by Sunstrong is 100,000 m2. Through rapid expansion in past few years, Sunstrong is now equipped with systematic manufacturing policy, experienced R&D, expertise quality assurance team along with various precise manufacturing and testing machines.

In 1998, Sunstrong obtained TUV ISO9001 certification. Moreover, we obtained qualifications of "SONY Green Partner"in 2003. In 2005, we obtained DNV ISO9001 and ISO14001 certification.

In terms of RoHS test, we have similar testing equipment as third party testing organization, including ICP, GC-MS and etc. Our ICP lab was built in 2005. GS-MS, UV and other testing equipment were purchased in 2007. Nowadays, our RoHS lab is capable to detect six kinds of RoHS restricted elements and other EU restricted substance, with the precision and test accuracy been approved by various countries.

In terms of energy saving program, SIL now hold an external partnership with US Energy Star Government. Energy Star is a program helping us save money and protect the environment through energy efficient products and practices. With a professional team of engineers, SIL is always dedicated to design Energy Star PCBA and power adaptor products. There are benchmarks for different energy saving levels, where SIL’s energy-saving products achieved energy saving level four to level five.
