The company was founded by Fredk.James Johnson in 1969. Being the converter of all type of lace allover and trimmings, the company also operates a diverse business of disposable bags for the medical industry. Up till 2000, their products were mainly produced in UK. By now, 80% of the products are being made offshore, however the finishing work of the production is still being processed in Hong Kong.
