Gay Giano was established in 1980. Its aim is to introduce private men and women's designer fashion labels to Hong Kong, targeting trendy customers, celebrities and artists. The brand has also engaged three franchises in the PRC and later on took a major step forward with its listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2000.
