The first encounter between Sign Electronic and Tradeeasy in 2004 was not immediately fruitful, as the company thought Tradeeasy's service is not diversified enough to assist them with overseas market exploration. But they soon changed mind and registered as a vendor member of Tradeeasy.

By communicating in between the two parties and synchronizing their needs and concerns, Tradeeasy had successfully recovered and even expanded this ex-contract for Sign Electronic. Today, this Australian client is among one of the largest client for Sign Electronic, with the regained contract amount ten times more than it was before, and areas of cooperation broadening from merely MP3 to MP4 and DVD.
